Editorial enquiries only · no remote support

What to include

  • The exact printer model and suffix.
  • Your operating system and version.
  • The page URL and the statement you believe is wrong.
  • The official source that supports the correction.
  • For a dead link, the manufacturer’s current support home page.

What we cannot help with

We do not diagnose individual devices by email, supply installers, access your computer, bypass security warnings or mediate a warranty claim. For a hardware fault, a failed firmware update or a business-critical outage, contact the manufacturer or an authorised service provider.

Privacy

This site has no contact form and no database. If you email us, your message is handled through the editorial mailbox and is not added to a marketing list. Do not send passwords, licence keys or personal documents.

Your next clean print

Start with the exact model.
Finish with a clean test page.

Choose your manufacturer for a tailored update path, or use the five-stage framework to diagnose the problem before downloading anything.
